Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order only in case you/we do not comply with quality/scope of work or any other considerable reason within 7 days with a genuine reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an Order(s) is 7 days from the date on which the first installment or a token amount of the Service(s) / Products(s) deal or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the Goods delivered. We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the first installment or token amount of Service(s) / Product(s). We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- (The first installment or Token Money) + GST is made in the last 7 days.
- We have not done/delivered the desired service within the time of said commitment.
- You have got loss of time by delay or denied of Service / Product delivery.
- We failed in giving the committed quality/features promised.
- Project / Service /Product Order dropped by our team.
The following Goods cannot be refunded:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Comparison of quoted budget/pricing with another competitor for same Service / Product.
- (The first installment or Token Money) + GST is made has been passed over 7 days.
- Delay in response/data / desired stuff needed to deliver in Service / Product by your side as asked by our team.
- Customized requirement by you other than promised by us.
- Customized requirement by you other than promised by us and we failed to deliver in the timeline.
- Project / Service /Product Order dropped by you.
- We have got a loss of time by delay or denied of communication data by you.
- Change in requirement by you in same payment at the end time.
- The desire for customization other than promised in the promised timeline.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value as of your refund. Once the refund is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order delivered to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
